Company details and contact information

In this article, you will find out how to:

  • configure the owner data displayed on the sales documents,
  • enter contact details for clients,
  • add address data for each property.

To start the configuration, go to ADMINISTRATION > Company details and policies in the admin panel.

Step 1: Enter company data visible on invoices

All fields except for VAT and NCR are mandatory. It's very important to show customers that you are a trustworthy company. Here you can also select the type of your business.

The 'Short company name' will appear in the header of the Booking Engine and the full one in the Contact tab.

Step 2: Set up contact details and information for bookers

The contact details are visible to customers in Booking Engine, on your IdoSell website and in booking emails. The field Additional information for bookers is not mandatory. It's displayed on your IdoSell website and in Booking Engine, under the information about the reception opening hours. The contents of the Directions field is displayed in the following ((guide/panel-configuration/administration/email-templates/configuration-e-mail-i-sms/|e-mail templates).

  • Reservation confirmation (sent automatically when the payment is registered)
  • Reminder about reservation starting the upcoming day (sent automatically the day before the guest's arrival)
  • Current reservation status (sent after clicking the button on a reservation card)

Step 3: Configure locations and address data

IdoSell allows you to handle multiple properties in various locations. Start the configuration by adding each address in the ADMINISTRATION > Company details and policies. Later on, you will be able to assign the address to the selected offer in OFFER> Reservation items.
