About the property
Fair Rentals is a family-run short-term rental management company based in Wrocław. Today, the team manages 23 carefully furnished apartments across four districts of the city: the City Centre, Kępa Mieszczańska, Fabryczna, and Krzyki. The company serves both individual Guests and corporate clients, while also offering full rental management services to property Owners. Before migrating to IdoBooking, the team managed reservations using a different PMS.
Why the need for change?

Three things were missing above all. First, the ability to create and send offers directly from the panel, without workarounds or manual work. Second, a clear Owner settlement module — at this scale, it was consuming enormous team resources every month. Third, Guest communication from a single place, so the whole team could respond quickly without switching between tools. On top of that, there was the payment issue: the previous system offered online payments but required manual confirmation of each transaction. IdoBooking automates the entire process. - Occupancy rose from 52.4% in May (the first full month) to 70.1% in August — +18 percentage points in 4 months
- Revenue grew by 47% between May and August

Shortly after launching IdoBooking, the Fair Rentals team also decided to build a new website. The entire process — from brief to finished site — took just 2–3 weeks. The fairrentals.pl website was built on the IdoBooking Booking Engine and handles three sales paths simultaneously: individual Guest reservations, an offer for property Owners looking for a management operator, and corporate rental for businesses.
