”’We’re shortening the path to the most frequently performed operations in your accommodation property. From now on, IdoBooking’s Multi-calendar lets you not only manage availability and reservations, but also edit prices and restrictions — without switching to additional tabs.
This is another step towards faster, more operational work — especially for managers of multiple properties.”’

Everything in one place
The Multi-calendar is becoming a central management hub — you can now perform all key operations without switching between modules:
- adding reservations and blocks
- creating stay offers
- owner reservations
- task management
- editing prices and restrictions directly in the calendar
The result? Fewer clicks, a shorter action path and greater control over your sales.

How price editing works in the Multi-calendar
Price editing in the calendar overwrites prices on dates where the property has assigned pricing plans. This means you always work with real prices derived from the assigned plans, not detached values.
At the calendar level, the following is displayed for a given day:
- the lowest price for the maximum number of guests, available in any pricing plan
- taking into account existing exceptions (entered under Offer > Price calendar)
Price editing = full control
In a single step you can define both the scope of the change and how it is applied:
- date range (with the option to select specific days of the week)
- properties affected by the change
- pricing plans (one, several or all)
- offer types (e.g. refundable / non-refundable)
- type of edit: fixed discount, percentage discount or manually set price
Integrations and automations
Price editing in the Multi-calendar does not work in isolation from the rest of the system. Changes made are automatically reflected in your existing configuration — both in integrations and pricing rules:
- takes PriceLabs prices into account
- respects automatic price differences for OTAs
- works together with pricing rules (e.g. dependent on number of guests)
Editing stay length
Just like with prices, you can set stay length directly in the Multi-calendar — without going to additional settings. This allows you to quickly respond to demand changes and adjust booking conditions in real time.
You control the following settings here:
- closed for arrival
- closed for departure
- booking length settings (minimum, flexible, fixed or multiple)
View configuration
You can also decide what data you want to see directly on the calendar — without changing the view or navigating to other sections.
In both cases, you can set this with a single click:
Gear icon → What do you want to display? → price and restriction visibility

Why does this matter?
For short-term rental operators and multi-property managers this means:
- faster response to demand changes
- fewer errors from working across multiple places
- greater price consistency across sales channels
- real time savings in daily operations
- convenience when working on mobile devices
Summary
The Multi-calendar in IdoBooking is no longer just a view — it becomes an operational tool for managing sales.
Editing prices and restrictions directly in the calendar means:
- less switching between modules
- faster decisions
- greater control over revenue
