Yesterday, we observed temporary disruptions affecting services provided by some of our technology partners, including Booking.com. At this time, the situation appears stable.
We have also completed the necessary work on the IdoBooking side related to the security update. We continue to monitor the platform and address any inconsistencies we identify on an ongoing basis. We also remain in contact with our partners and continue to monitor the situation.
Due to an important security update affecting technologies widely used by online services and applications around the world, we are carrying out the necessary work within the IdoBooking infrastructure as well. This is not related to an IdoBooking outage – the work is preventive and is intended to maintain the security and stability of our platform.
We are implementing the update in stages and taking measures to minimise its impact on our users’ day-to-day operations. We do not expect any significant disruptions to IdoBooking services. However, due to the nature of the work, we cannot completely rule out brief service interruptions.
What does this mean for IdoBooking users?
Our priority is to maintain the continuity of key processes related to reservations and sales.
During the update, you may notice temporary changes in the availability of selected features or short-term limitations affecting some system functions. If necessary, we may also temporarily disable selected features to ensure the update can be completed safely.
We are continuously monitoring the platform and will respond to any potential issues.
Do you need to do anything?
No. All necessary work is being carried out on the IdoBooking side. There is no need to change any settings or take any additional action.
However, if you notice any issues or unusual system behaviour, please report them to our Support team. This will allow us to quickly investigate the situation and respond if it is related to the ongoing work.
