In 2015, the Dejewski family purchased an apartment as a capital investment, without planning a business. Over time, they acquired four more properties, and in 2019, they expanded their operations to professionally manage around 15 apartments in Międzyzdroje, right by the seaside. They created their own brand under which they rented apartments. Their presence became increasingly noticeable in the Międzyzdroje market, and eventually, other apartment owners began contacting them for property management services. This naturally led to offering professional management services, which officially began in 2019. Today, Holiday Home manages around 15 properties, with another five set to be added soon, recalls Michał Dejewski, owner of Holiday Home.

“For a long time, we didn’t use the Channel Manager available in IdoBooking. Once we explored its capabilities, we really took off. The number of bookings increased several times, and we gained something extremely valuable — time that we could dedicate to other company activities,” says Michał Dejewski. “Initially, our apartments were listed on our website and Booking.com, with reservations recorded in calendars and notebooks, and managing payments was cumbersome. Overbookings happened frequently.”
