Our Story: From e-commerce powerhouse to the success of your property

IdoBooking is the result of combining years of experience in the IT industry with a deep understanding of the tourism market. Our team is made up of specialists passionate about technology, automation, and effective reservation management. From day one, we had a clear goal – to create a tool that truly makes life easier for property owners and managers.

The history of IdoBooking dates back to 2010, when as part of the IAI Group – the creators of one of the most popular e-commerce platforms in Poland – we noticed that the hospitality sector was facing challenges similar to online retail: the need for automation, channel synchronization, and efficient online offer management. In response, we developed a booking system that has gradually evolved into a comprehensive solution for accommodation providers.

For a long time, we did not use the Channel Manager available in IdoBooking. It turned out that it was only after learning about its capabilities that we spread our wings. The number of bookings increased several times, and we gained something very valuable – namely, time that we could use for other activities in the company.

At first, our apartments were listed on our website and on Booking.com – bookings were recorded in calendars and notebooks, and it was also tedious to keep track of payments. We often had overbookings.
