Digital Services Act

This page provides information on IdoBooking’s compliance with Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 October 2022 on a Single Market for Digital Services and amending Directive 2000/31/EC (Digital Services Act, DSA).

Pursuant to Article 24(2) of the Digital Services Act, online platforms are required to publish “information on the average monthly active recipients of the service in the European Union.” This is intended to support public authorities in identifying very large online platforms – those with at least 45 million active recipients within EU Member States.

For IdoBooking, the monthly number of active recipients of the service within the European Union is below 45 million.
