Payment at booking

Guests can pay immediately when making a reservation or in line with your prepayment policy. They choose their preferred method and currency. If the payment isn’t completed, the booking is automatically canceled and the dates are released for other guests.

Payment links

For phone reservations, OTA bookings, or manually added reservations, you can send an email or SMS with a booking summary and a payment link. This gives you full control over settlements from all booking sources, with a convenient record of payments.

Convenient refunds

Refunds can be processed online with a single click, without needing any additional details from the guest. This helps you avoid mistakes and saves time on unnecessary communication.

Post-stay payments

You can also send a payment link after the stay — for example, to settle additional services ordered during the visit or to cover damage costs.

Multiple prepayment levels

Set up a flexible payment policy tailored to your property and season. You can configure up to two prepayment stages — for example, a partial payment at the time of booking and the remainder 7 days before arrival.

Automatic payouts
