What is the cost of the Communication hub?

The Communication hub module costs 8 EUR/USD/GBP per month. We also offer a free 2-month trial period, giving you the chance to fully test all features.

Are automatic messages adjusted to the guest’s language?

Yes, automated messages can be sent in six supported languages and will adapt to the language set on the guest’s account. If the guest’s language is not supported, the messages will be sent in English.

Are email and SMS notifications sent automatically to guests?

Yes, email and SMS notifications can be sent automatically, but they don’t have to be – for most messages you can decide whether they are active or not. You can also configure notifications based on the reservation source, such as staff-added bookings, website bookings, or those made via the Channel Manager.
