What is the Connectivity Partner Programme?

Booking.com works with hundreds of Channel Manager service providers around the world - each participating in a special annual Connectivity Partner Program. Depending on the number of connected properties, quality of connection, and sophistication of data synchronization technology, among other things, companies are classified into one of 3 categories - Standard, Advanced, and, the highest, Premier.

Partners in the Premier category are the highest rated providers, offering the most stable and advanced connectivity. Before choosing Channel Manager, it's worth checking what quality of service and range of functionality your provider offers. You can check this by logging into the Booking.com extranet - under Account > Connectivity provider you will find a list of preferred partners and details of the integrations offered.
