IdoBooking Terms and Conditions update effective July 1 and IdoPay effective August 1 2022

Maintaining the terms of the Agreement and the existing Terms and Conditions, we present in advance the changes to the IdoBooking and IdoPay Terms and Conditions.

In the IdoBooking Regulations, a provision has been added that entitles the Operator to terminate the agreement with the Customer without notice period, e.g. due to arrears - by way of a statement made to the Customer in an Ticket.

The definition of Merchant is changed in the IdoPay Regulations. From 01 August 2022, our payment services will also be available to Merchants from Scandinavia (Denmark, Sweden, Finland) as well as Romania and Bulgaria. However, as a small payment institution we still provide services exclusively to Merchants holding bank accounts held with banks domiciled in Poland. In addition, we have confirmed the possibility to terminate, with immediate effect, payment services agreements with Merchants who do not comply, despite our requests, with important requirements, e.g. in the area of anti-money laundering. This last change is of a technical (regulatory) nature. In our practice to date, we have been forced to use this option in isolated cases.
