    Which features are available in the demo version?

    The IdoBooking demo gives you access to almost all key features of the system. You can freely explore and test areas such as:

    • Exploring the admin panel and mobile app

    • Creating test bookings and going through the full reservation flow

    • Managing rooms, rates, descriptions and photos

    • Editing your website content

    • Viewing reports and statistics using sample data

    • Testing online payments in sandbox mode

    • Creating integrations via API

    Only a few elements are limited in the demo, such as Channel Manager connections and full payment provider setup — everything else is available for testing.

    Do I need to register an account to try the demo?

    Yes — you need to create an account to access the IdoBooking demo. Once registered, you can explore the demo environment and test most of the system’s features right away.

    If you prefer, you can also request a live presentation, where our team will walk you through the key features and answer your questions.

    Does the demo version allow me to configure my own property?

    The demo version lets you explore the system’s features and manage a sample property, but it does not allow full configuration of your own property. To fully customize the system for your needs, you’ll need to use the full version of Idobooking.

    How long can I use the demo?

    The demo is available for 7 days by default, with the option to extend it yourself to 14 days.
    If you need more time to test the system, simply contact us — we can extend your access individually.

    Is it possible to extend access to the demo version?

    The demo version lets you explore the system’s features, edit sample settings and test most processes using demo data. However, it is not intended for full configuration of your own property or preparing a real offer for sale.

    If you want to add your own rooms, rates, photos and start working with the system for real, you’ll need the full version of IdoBooking, available after placing an order. You can use the 30-day trial to test the full version with no commitment.

    Why can't I test the Channel Manager in the demo?

    Demo account does not support testing the Channel Manager. Activating any connection would overwrite existing availability and pricing settings on the connected platforms (e.g., Booking.com, Expedia).

    Because the demo environment is temporary, and its settings are automatically removed, enabling these connections is not recommended. Doing so could apply incorrect test data to your live listings or affect the visibility of your property once the demo is deleted.

    What happens to my data after the trial period ends?

    All data entered in the demo account is automatically deleted after the trial period ends. This ensures a clean slate for future users and keeps the system secure. To retain your data, you will need to move to the full version of IdoBooking.

    Can I keep the configuration from the demo version when upgrading to the full version?

    No, the configuration in the demo version is not automatically transferred to the full version. The demo is designed for testing purposes only. When you upgrade, you can easily set up your own property and enter all the necessary data.

    Are training sessions or support available for implementing the full version?

    Yes! When you move to the full version of IdoBooking, our team provides expert support and guidance at every stage of implementation. We also offer training to help you get the most out of all system features.
