IdoBooking Terms and Conditions update

In accordance with the principles set out in the Agreement and the current Terms and Conditions, we present the upcoming changes to the IdoBooking Terms and Conditions.

Changes to the IdoBooking Terms and Conditions effective from 1 January 2026

A clarification has been added regarding changes to the Subscription Plan during the Billing Period at the Client’s request.

The new provision specifies that:

• if the Client changes the subscription plan during an active billing period, the system will charge the new Subscription Fee proportionally until the end of the current period,
• at the same time, it will be reduced by the unused portion of the previously paid fee,
• additional fees related to subscription plans are charged in advance, remain valid until the end of the current billing period, and are not recalculated proportionally.

This clarification aims to ensure full transparency in how fees are calculated.
